Help and support
The questions that come up most, and how to find us.
Signing in is not connecting a calendar
Signing in identifies you to Cuco. Connecting a calendar gives Cuco permission to read and edit the events of that Google account.
They are separate on purpose: you can sign in with one account and connect another, or several.
What Cuco asks for
To sign in: the account’s basic identity only — its identifier, email address and public profile.
For each connected calendar: to see and edit the events of that account’s calendars. Cuco asks for no access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or anything else.
How to revoke access
In Cuco, under Settings, remove the connected calendar. That erases the stored authorization and asks Google to forget it.
You can also revoke it directly on your Google Account’s permissions page, at any time.
Something went wrong
When Cuco shows an error it also shows a request identifier. It lets us find what happened without needing the contents of your event.
Write to suporte@cuco.com.vc with that identifier.
